Lee Davis did a wonderful job in designing our dream backyard remodel. It included a curved upper and lower paver patio along with a beautiful pondless water feature. He worked actively with our landscape contractor to make sure that the vision of his design was realized. Lee was very helpful in selecting the best plants to surround the water feature. Lee was fantastic. He met with us and literally changed our point of view for our yard design. We had many problems with drainage, privacy, focal points, and ultimately we were in desperate need of a friendly feel good space. We have the worst clay imaginable and just needed an escape. This past summer, I hired Terrace Hardscaping to hardscape our sloping back yard. They brought in Lee Davis, Plantscape Design, to help with the extensive plans. Lee helped to site the upper patio, planned where the stairs to the patio should be located, and decided exactly where the retaining wall should go. He also gave me great advice on where I should plant ferns in the upcoming years. Although the front landscaping had been done the previous year, I decided I wanted some smallish boulders put in the front (as long as the hardscapers had their equipment there!). Lee agreed to go to the rock place to get them. I tagged along and he helped me to pick out some nice boulders. Plus he was immensely helpful in deciding where those boulders should be placed and how to group them. He even brought over some plants to place around the boulders for some great contrast. And gave me wonderful advice on how to trim the plants that were already in place.

Lee did a very nice front yard landscape plan for a client of mine. He spent a lot of time getting to know the customer before he designed a plan that perfectly suited their needs. He did beautiful, color hand drawings of a couple of options, which helped the customer visualize the finished product. He hand selected the plants, helped install them, and has even been back a few times to prune and fertilize the plants, to make sure they get off to a great start.
